For the past week now, the forecast has called for nothing but rain rain and more rain and unfortunately it was correct.  In honor of my blog name (more towards the *balloons* part) I decided that clouds of balloons would always make my day seem a bit more bright, carefree and cheerful :) I also love how each photographer sought out the perfect outfit to correlate magnificently with the tone and colors of each "dreamy day".
